The food here is yummy and the service is top-notch. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are a good size with a nightstand and even a hot tub 😊. Everything is functional and convenient.

We loved staying in this hotel! Spicy food and functional room - had a decent stay on our way home from vacation. The excellent onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

There was something as fresh fruit missing, we were a little disappointed.

The king room was beautifully maintained with the windows open. The food was appetizing, with a lot of options.

The hotel was great and newly decorated with efficient people at all times. The location was favourable - next to airport, Charlotte and downtown. It also was close to the stadium.

The king room we stayed in was practical and had a nice view when we opened the windows, while the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding secure area, especially being so close to the airport.

Housekeeping noisy waking u up to early

My favorite property in Charlotte. Plenty of options, spicy food. - Huge room plus with a hot tub. - Smooth check-in and late check-out, peaceful location.

The staff at the front desk and overnight desk were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the airport.

At 12:50am the staff was talking loud outside my room, they were working to fix a door to another room, this went on for approx an hour, doors were banging, and one of the staff members was talking loudly to someone that appeared to be farther down the hallway. Finally when the noise stopped I was unable to go back to sleep. I had to catch the 5:20am shuttle and with not getting but a couple hours sleep due to the noise and commotion I was extremely tired and did not arrive home for 27 hrs due to travel time, layovers, and the drive from the airport. When I was checking out I brought the situation up to the desk person and he said there was nothing he could do they needed to get the door fixed, I said it's ridiculous that you are performing maintenance at 1:00am in the morning and talking so loud to someone down the hall abd making so much commotion closely doors, which banged when closing. I asked the desk person for the managers contact info, I asked when is the best time to reach her, he said the manager wouldn't be in until Tuesday, I called twice on Tuesday and was told the manager was not in, finally on my third call a woman asked if there was a message she could pass along. I told her what had happened, she put me on hold and spoke to someone and when she returned to the conversation she denied that any work was being done at 1am, basically calling me a liar. I told her that the guy that checked me out was one of the guys involved in the maintenance and said sorry we had to get it fixed, I said at 1am and then being so loud.,,,he said I'd need to call the general manager, the woman continued to say nothing like that would take place in the middle of the night, I said that the guy who did it admitted that they were working on a door, she then said she would talk with him and get back to me the next day. She also said there was nothing she could do and that she would pass this along to the general manager.

The rooms are functional and neat, offering a hot tub and a bed couch. The rate of US$56 is very satisfying. The location is peaceful and safe, close to the interstate, airport, car rentals, and Carolinas Aviation Museum is just a 10-minute drive away.
